Eligible borrowers may set up automatic electronic payments made directly from their existing bank account. Payments can be set up on a weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, or monthly frequency. You can even setup a convenient payment date within the grace period. Should your payment amount change, the new payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account.

  2. Fill out the Automatic Withdrawal Request form, then fax or mail to the address provided on the form
  3. Call 1-855-354-3471 and a member of the Customer Care team will assist you

Arrange with your financial institution to have payments sent to us every month. Please note that if the amount of your required loan payment changes, you are responsible for changing the Bill Pay amount at your financial institution. Please check with your financial institution to ensure that the payment is received timely to avoid late fees; or whether any other transaction fees may apply.

Then call us at 1-855-354-3471 to provide the reference number to one of our Customer Service Associates. MoneyGram® has more than 28,000 locations.
